Terms and conditions

These terms govern Toko Aksara, an online store service provided by CV. Aksara Karya Digital (business number 2202260001844) in Karawang, Jawa Barat. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

The service

We provide hosted store software: a catalogue, cart and checkout, shipping rates and courier booking, third-party payment integration, and an admin panel.

You are responsible for your store content, prices, stock, fulfilment, and customer service.

Subscription, invoices, and renewal

New subscriptions start at Rp 39.000 per month. Existing customers keep their agreed rates. Payment-provider and shipping charges are separate.

Required one-time setup is quoted between Rp 500.000 and Rp 1.000.000. We agree the scope and final amount before work. Setup includes initial branding, configuration, connections, and one agreed standard, non-premium domain for its first year, or connection of a domain you own. The initial quote states its renewal price.

Monthly subscriptions have no minimum term. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for twelve months at the price of ten monthly payments. Invoices are issued in the admin panel and announced by email. Pay by manual transfer according to the invoice instructions. QRIS or virtual account payments from the admin are available once online invoice payments are activated.

We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. An annual agreement's price remains unchanged for its current period.

Late payment and cancellation

Invoices are due seven days after issue. We send a reminder before the due date.

We may deactivate a store 14 days after an overdue invoice. Its data is retained at that point, and we reactivate it after payment.

You may cancel at any time. Service continues through the paid period; there is no refund for that period.

Your data when you leave

Your store data remains yours. Brand includes CSV product export; for other plans we can export products on request before you leave.

We retain deactivated store data for 30 days after cancellation and then delete it. Ask us for a copy before that deadline.

Buyer payments

Buyer payments arrive in a payment-provider account activated for your store. With Xendit, the account is in your store's name, and Xendit's identity checks apply, usually a national ID or tax number. A DOKU wallet is available once the integration is ready and activated; we open and manage that wallet for your store under our DOKU account. Your store's share is paid to your store's bank account.

Until your store's account exists, buyer payments arrive in our own provider account, and we transfer your store's share to your store's bank account.

We charge no platform commission on orders under the listed plans.

Shipping adjustments

Shipping is estimated from the courier's checkout rate. If the courier later weighs the parcel differently, the adjustment appears on the relevant order and the next settlement or invoice.

Acceptable use

Plans do not cap the number of products or orders. Image and attachment storage is subject to fair retail use; we will contact you before acting on unusually high usage.

You must not sell goods or services prohibited by Indonesian law.

Availability

We operate the service with care but do not promise a specific uptime percentage. We do not yet publish a public uptime monitor.

We announce planned maintenance at least 24 hours ahead.

Responsibility

Our liability for losses caused by the service is limited to subscription fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

We are not responsible for store content, buyer disputes, or outages at third-party providers such as payment services and couriers.

Governing law

Indonesian law governs these terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion are brought before the Karawang District Court.
