Understand where buyer funds go.
Payments arrive through the provider account activated for your store. Your store's share is paid to your bank account. During setup, before a store account is available, our provider account may receive payments and the team transfers your share under the agreed arrangement.
Payment deadlines keep pending orders manageable.
Set the payment deadline within the available options. Expired orders release reserved stock. Payment status stays alongside order details so the team can review what happened.
Cash on delivery requires a separate review.
COD is enabled for each approved store, subject to courier and service availability. Sellers review COD orders before processing them. Shipping costs for refused parcels are charged to the store. Discuss the workflow with the team before activation.
